United Way of Southwestern Indiana, serving Spencer, Vanderburgh and Warrick counties, has partnered with the United Ways of Posey and Gibson to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment.
The purpose of the needs assessment is to identify the needs in each county and to determine ways to address the issues facing Southwestern Indiana. The survey was designed to give the public a voice in what issues matter most to them, and for the first time, to study how well the issues are currently being addressed by our community.
The results of the assessment enable nonprofit agencies, community leaders, funders and citizens to better understand and impact the issues in our community.
A complete printed edition of the 2007-2008 Comprehensive Community Assessment or a copy on CD is available for $20.00. Please contact us by email or call 812-422-4100 to request a copy.
